Hello and Welcome!

My name is Allison and I am a licensed psychotherapist in Angels Camp, California. Having grown up in Calaveras County, I am thrilled to have the opportunity to offer my services to this community.

I am a graduate of Bret Harte High School, UC Berkeley and the California Institute of Integral Studies, where I graduated with a Master's in Counseling Psychology and Specialization in Drama Therapy. I am a certified EMDR practitioner, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Certified NET practitioner.

During my clinical experience, I have served clients with mild to severe mental health conditions, such as adjustment disorders, depression and anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, complicated grief and more; worked in a residential dual-diagnosis program for female survivors of domestic abuse regaining their self-worth; worked in an urban day treatment center where substance abuse was a major focus of treatment; provided groups for LGBTQ+ youth exploring authentic self-expression; led drama therapy group work at the Healing the Healers Conference and done crisis intervention work, such as suicide risk assessment and stabilization.

I specialize in working with with adults and couples, but am willing to selectively provide services to teens and families. I also love to do group work and hope to establish some local groups in the future.
